Introducing the Admissions Counselor Mentoring and Coaching Program

Dear Admissions Counselor,

I am excited to announce the launch of our Admissions Counselor self development program, starting today! This program aims to provide you with personalized guidance and support to enhance your skills and effectiveness in your role as admissions counselors.

Program Details:

Duration: The program will run 5 hours, with each session lasting 20 minutes.

Frequency: Sessions will be held daily to ensure consistent engagement and progress.

Format: The sessions will be conducted here, allowing for individualized attention and tailored coaching.

Accountability: Audio of AC will be revised in after every session with AC to pin point improvements.

Our self development training program will cover a range of topics and skills crucial to your success as an admissions counselor of AIU. It will include sessions on effective calls, active listening, questioning techniques, objection handling, rapport building, goal setting, and more. We will work together to address challenges, refine your strategies, and empower you with the tools necessary to excel in your role.

I am thrilled to present to you our mentoring and coaching throughout this program. I bring 10 years of experience in admissions counseling and a deep commitment to your professional growth. Together, we will explore best practices, share insights, and develop strategies that align with our university’s mission and values.

To kick off the program, our first session will take place this week, you will need to log in daily. I encourage you to actively engage, share your experiences, and be open to learning and growth.
